We are excited to offer custom Hope Wildcats equipment bags. Because of minimum order quantities and the length to process once ordered, we’d like to gauge interest from our families before we place the first order.

Attached you will find the design artwork as well as pricing and sizes available. If you’d like to be a part of the initial order, please let your manager know before Dec 03. We are targeting a late January delivery and payment will not be due until then.

Here is the signup sheet for our tournament. Every family must signup for 4 shifts.

Our Hope Tournament is in 4 weeks and we need to start preparing. Adrienne and Alicia are our tournament coordinators. Please see the attached signup sheet, every family will be responsible to signup for 4 time slots. You can email Adrienne at adimckinnon@hotmail.com or she will also have it at the game tomorrow if you prefer to signup in person. I can’t attach more then one attachment so just an FYI we are schedule to play the first game on Friday, first game on Saturday and 2pm Saturday, Sunday game times will be determined by our standings after Saturday. Adrienne is helping with the Midget tournament this weekend so if you email her have patience as she has more on the go then just our tournament.

We are also looking for donations for our raffle table. If you have a donation of $75 or more we will give you $50 of your tournament fees back. We are looking for donations of full baskets so that we dont have to spend time organizing the donations. If you have donations please email Adrienne and Alicia and let them know so they can plan. All donations will need to be brought to the rink by practice on Dec. 6
